to answer this question you need to ask "is this service going to have a net positive impact on my business, or a net negative?". by this im referring to if you actually make more money using this service than you do not using it. for most companies the answer is going to be yes. this service is going to maximise the LTV (life time value) of your current customers, while also bringing in new clients to your business. the only business model that this service most likely wont have a net positive impact on, is a low ticket & low/no customer repeat purchases model.

What on-going work am I going to have to do?

the only on-going work you're going to have to do is supply us with your customers information (first name, last name, email), and get your thumbs up on our weekly freshly built emails (the weekly campaign). we can collect the information of your clients however you want, but the standard is to fill out a form (see example in the image) after you've completed whatever service you've given to them.

How have you developed your email sending strategy?

first of all we realised that there are only two real demographics that we can track for any business, non-customers and customers. realising this we created the before customer purchase flow and the after customer purchase flow. the before customer purchase flow focuses primarily on building trust and signing potential customers, getting you more business. the after customer purchase flow is a little more complex, but has the main goals of increasing customer satisfaction and maximising customer LTV. in the journey of actually maximising what you can get out of emails we found that alot of the information we collected about your potential leads and customers was going to waste, this is when the weekly campaign was born. the weekly campaign is a newly built email, built and sent weekly. the goal of the weekly campaign is to keep customers and potential leads in the loop of your content. this puts you at a massive advantage to your competitors as your business will be the first business they think off when they need your services again.

we primarily use GoHighLevel's software, or Klaviyo's. where open to using other software's for business's who are/have experimented with emails in the past.

How do you create emails that are tailored to my business?

we start by looking at your companies colours and text font. from there we incorporate any images, shapes, and patterns that are consistent with your brand. next we create a mock design of the email. after this we observe the words, phrases, or slang that you use and alter the text of the email. the emails we send will look like they came from you but will be built and strategised by us.
